RapidKit core framework is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software as permitted by the license.
- Free Core: All core features, kits, and essential modules are free forever.
- Premium Modules: Some advanced modules may require a paid license (coming Q1 2026).
3. Use of Service
Acceptable Use
You agree to use RapidKit only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Distribute malware or harmful code through the Service
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Abuse, harass, or threaten community members
- Scrape or collect data without permission
Developer Responsibilities
When using RapidKit, you are responsible for:

7. Paid Services (Future)
When we introduce paid modules or services (planned Q1 2026), additional terms will apply:
- Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually, cancel anytime
- Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases
- License Keys: Non-transferable and tied to your account
8. Privacy
Your use of RapidKit is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.
9. Community Guidelines
Our community spaces (GitHub, Discord, forums) are governed by our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
