RapidKit core framework is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software as permitted by the license.

  • Free Core: All core features, kits, and essential modules are free forever.
  • Premium Modules: Some advanced modules may require a paid license (coming Q1 2026).

3. Use of Service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use RapidKit only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware or harmful code through the Service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten community members
  • Scrape or collect data without permission

Developer Responsibilities

When using RapidKit, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your applications comply with applicable laws
  • Securing your API keys and credentials
  • Maintaining backups of your projects
  • Testing code before deploying to production

4. Intellectual Property

RapidKit Ownership

The RapidKit name, logo, branding, and documentation are owned by RapidKit and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

Your Content

You retain all rights to code you write using RapidKit. By contributing to our GitHub repositories, you grant us a license to use your contributions under the project's open-source license.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RapidKit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security or accuracy of data

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidKit and its contributors shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities

7. Paid Services (Future)

When we introduce paid modules or services (planned Q1 2026), additional terms will apply:

  • Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually, cancel anytime
  • Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases
  • License Keys: Non-transferable and tied to your account

8. Privacy

Your use of RapidKit is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

9. Community Guidelines

Our community spaces (GitHub, Discord, forums) are governed by our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Remove content that violates our policies
  • Discontinue features or services with reasonable notice

You may stop using RapidKit at any time. Your rights under the open-source license remain intact.

11. Changes to Terms
